Josh has had a varied career: Military Service, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sport Scientist,
and Physiotherapist – after completing his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra in 2020.
He is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and an experienced Sports Scientist specialising in metabolic analysis (VO2max testing) working with Amature, Elite and Olympic athletes in various sports including cycling, triathlon, and rowing,
Josh has a particular interest in prehab and rehab of sporting injuries, sacroiliac joint (SIJ) & lower back, neck pain, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), dizziness & benign positional paroxysmal vertigo (BPPV).
When not in the clinic, you will find him enjoying coffee, or training towards 2023 World Transplant Games and 2023 Ironman 70.3 on the Sunshine Coast as well as coaching and testing his athletes. Alternatively, he will be advocating Donate Life (organ donation). Did we mention Josh underwent a heart transplant late last year?
